Tyvek® 2462C from now on KING® Protection U160.
KING® Protection U160 is Tyvek® ultrasonically bonded to a polypropylene nonwoven. The material contains a UV stabiliser and the Tyvek® surface has been given an antistatic treatment. The material offers extra protection against UV damage, is breathable and water-repellent.
U160 is therefore ideal as a packaging material for the automotive industry or as a base material for protective covers for both indoor and outdoor use.

We are an official Tyvek® master distributor authorised by DuPont. This means we have direct access to the full range of Tyvek® technical materials, extensive product knowledge, technical support and reliable stock availability.

As Master Distributor of Tyvek® products, we have developed KING® Protection U160 in collaboration with DuPont™.
KING® Protection U160 provides optimal protection against weather influences, dust, scratches and UV radiation. The material forms a protective layer: light, breathable and safe for painted surfaces.
What does this mean for you?
This means that Tyvek® 2462C has been replaced by KING® Protection U160, offering the same trusted quality and performance you are used to.
